Terry Egland Terry Egland resides in St. Germain, WI with his wife Barbara.  When Terry is not wrenching on sleds you can find him working on an assortment of art creations.  Terry is an artist.  He creates beautiful creations out of iron such as Shepherd's Hooks, lamps, headboards, tables, and many other decorative items.  Terry is also a very talented painter.  You can check out his work on his website at www.northwindiron.com.  But in the winter you will find him in his race shop working on the team's race sleds.  Terry's mechanical talents started years back when he had a Polaris dealership in Crystal Lake, IL.  He later opened a dealership in Manitowish Waters, WI.  Terry recently left the dealership to follow his passion for art.  This also allowed him to be able to be with the team full time during the winter.
